Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date listed on the invoice. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached.
Items not returnable are: altered, damaged, washed, earrings, and sales.
Return instructions:
1. Send an email to hello@fromanny.com. Include item(s) you would like to returned, reason for return, and if you would like a full refund or store credit.
2. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions. Customers pay for return shipping.
3. Once we received your item(s) we will check item(s) to make sure it is in original condition. We will then send you an email in regards to your return.
4. Due to banking system please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
Exchange instructions:
